Objective:
To create a Tiles & Granite Work Calculator that provides accurate estimates for material requirements and costs for floor tiles, wall tiles, kitchen granite, bathroom tiles, staircase granite, and associated materials like cement, sand, and adhesive. The output should be presented in a structured chart format for easy understanding and decision-making.

Hall Room: Size of the hall room (e.g., 15×12 ft).
Kitchen: Size of the kitchen (e.g., 10×8 ft).
Toilets: Number of toilets and their sizes (e.g., 6×5 ft).

✅ Kitchen Granite Slab:
If kitchen size = A x B, then required granite = (A + B) * 2.5 sqft.
✅ Bathroom Tiles:
Wall tiles up to 7 ft height + Floor tiles.
Calculate total sqft for each.
✅ Staircase Granite:
22 steps, 4 ft width.

Floor Tiles:
Bedrooms: 2 * (12 * 12) = 288 sqft.
Hall Room: 15 * 12 = 180 sqft.
Kitchen: 10 * 8 = 80 sqft.
Toilets: 2 * (6 * 5) = 60 sqft.

Skirting: Calculate perimeter of each room and multiply by 0.5 ft (6 inches).
