These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and design services (both online and offline).

🏠 1. Our Services

HouseDesigns99 offers the following categories of services:

A. Architectural Design

2D Floor Plans (Vastu-compliant or as per client request)
3D Elevation Designs (Exterior & Facade concepts)
Structural Layout Guidance (Non-certified guidance only)
Estimation, Consultation & Space Planning

B. Interior Design

2D & 3D Interior Concepts and Layouts
Material Selection & Color Consultation
Modular Furniture & Space Optimization
Turnkey Execution (Site work, Furniture, Civil, Electrical, Painting, etc.)

Each project is customized as per client input, requirements, and site conditions.

🧾 2. Agreement & Engagement

Once an order is placed through our website, WhatsApp, or email confirmation, it is considered a service agreement between the client and HouseDesigns99.
The agreement becomes active upon receiving advance payment or a confirmed quotation approval.
All designs, plans, and services are delivered based on the information provided by the client. Incorrect or incomplete inputs may cause design or delivery delays.

💰 3. Payments & Pricing

All prices and design packages displayed on our website are indicative and may vary depending on project size, complexity, and requirements.
Full or partial advance payment is required to begin any design or execution work.
Remaining payments must be made as per the approved quotation or invoice schedule.
Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, cheque, or any approved method shared by our office.

🧑‍💼 4. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, images, 3D renders, and project files created by HouseDesigns99 remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted limited usage rights for personal construction or execution purposes.
Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of our designs to third parties (including other contractors, builders, or designers) without written consent is strictly prohibited.
HouseDesigns99 reserves the right to use completed designs for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes unless restricted by written request from the client.

📐 5. Project Timelines

Design delivery timelines (usually 5–6 working days) begin after receiving all necessary inputs (measurements, references, site photos, etc.) and payment confirmation.
Turnkey interior execution timelines depend on material selection, vendor availability, and client approvals.
Any delay caused by external factors (client response delay, vendor delays, material unavailability, or natural causes) shall not make the company liable for compensation or refund.

🧱 6. Site Visits & Coordination

HouseDesigns99 may offer one complimentary site visit per floor for architectural projects and multiple site visits for interior turnkey projects, as per the package agreement.
Additional site visits are chargeable based on location and travel distance.
Clients must ensure safe access and readiness of the site during visits.

🔄 7. Revisions & Modifications

Each design package includes a limited number of revisions (as per quotation).
Revisions beyond the included limit or after design approval are considered chargeable modifications.
Any change in project scope, structure, or layout after design approval may impact the delivery timeline and cost.

🧰 8. Execution & Vendor Work (Interior Projects)

For turnkey interior works, HouseDesigns99 coordinates design, labor, material, and vendor execution under a formal project contract.
Clients must review and approve final drawings and BOQ before work begins.
Advance payment for materials and site work is mandatory to avoid delay.
Any third-party contractor or vendor appointed by the client outside of our supervision voids our warranty and responsibility for site results.

⚙️ 9. Warranty & Quality

All materials and fittings supplied by HouseDesigns99 are covered under the HouseDesigns99 Care Warranty, subject to manufacturer terms.
Workmanship defects (if any) will be resolved during the defined warranty period.
Wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by third-party alteration are not covered under warranty.

🔒 10. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information, drawings, and project data are kept strictly confidential and used solely for project execution purposes.

⚖️ 11. Limitation of Liability

HouseDesigns99 shall not be held liable for:

Errors due to incorrect information provided by the client
Delays caused by third-party vendors, suppliers, or contractors
Structural issues, on-site deviations, or material performance outside our design scope
Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from use of our plans or services

🏛️ 12. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

All agreements, transactions, and disputes with HouseDesigns99 are governed by the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
Any legal proceedings will be handled exclusively in Kolkata civil courts.
