This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and project modifications are handled for both Architectural and Interior Design services.

🏗️ 1. For Architectural Design Services

HouseDesigns99 provides professional 2D floor planning, 3D elevation, Vastu consultancy, and architectural visualization services.
Since these are digital, customized, and conceptual deliverables, traditional product returns are not applicable.

✅ Full Refunds (100%)

A full refund is applicable if:

  • The order is cancelled within 24 hours of payment, and before any design work begins.

  • The project cannot be initiated due to internal or technical reasons from our end.

⚠️ Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The project is in progress, and the client chooses to discontinue before completion.

  • Work-stage deductions (for concept, layout, or draft delivery) will be applied.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

  • Once design files (2D, 3D, or drawings) are delivered.

  • If the client has approved the concept and requested further customization.

  • If delays occur due to incomplete client data, site measurement delays, or non-response.

  • After construction work has started based on our delivered design.

Refund requests must be made in writing at support@housedesigns99.com within the defined timeline.

🪞 2. For Interior Design & Turnkey Projects

Interior design services are both conceptual and execution-based, involving materials, site labor, and procurement.
Hence, refund terms vary depending on project progress and nature of engagement.

🧩 Design-Only Interior Projects

For projects limited to interior drawings, 3D visualization, or consultancy only:

  • Full refund within 24 hours of order (if no work started).

  • Partial refund possible before final 3D or detailed layout delivery, based on stage completion.

  • No refund after design approval or digital file delivery.

🛠️ Turnkey / Execution Projects

For full interior projects that include site execution, furniture work, or materials supply:

  • Refunds are not applicable once work begins on-site.

  • Material procurement, vendor booking, or labor allocation costs are non-refundable.

  • In case of unavoidable cancellation (medical, relocation, etc.), a mutually agreed settlement may be offered after deducting actual work and purchase costs.

All project progress is documented through digital or written confirmation, and these records are used for any refund or claim assessment.

💰 3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment mode.

  • You’ll receive written confirmation of the approved refund amount and stage deductions (if any).

  • Bank processing time may vary based on your financial provider.

🏠 4. Project Modifications & Revisions

  • Minor design changes within the scope of the package are free.

  • Major revisions or change requests after design approval are treated as new orders.

  • For interior projects, any structural or layout change requested after site work starts will incur additional cost and extended delivery time.

⏰ 5. Delivery & Timeline

We aim to deliver all designs within 5–6 working days after receiving complete client information.
However, timelines may vary depending on:

  • Project scale & complexity

  • Client response and feedback

  • Material or vendor availability for turnkey works

Delays caused by external factors or client-side communication gaps are not grounds for refund.

⚖️ 6. Dispute & Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, HouseDesigns99 will first attempt an amicable resolution through direct communication.
If unresolved, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
