💡 Service Charges:

  • If covered under warranty: Free of charge.
  • If not covered: A transparent estimate will be shared before any work begins.

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

To maintain transparency, our warranty does not include:

  • Normal wear, scratches, or dents from daily use.
  • Accidental or intentional damage, mishandling, or misuse.
  • Fading or discoloration due to sunlight, heat, or moisture.
  • External water leakage or seepage.
  • Repairs or alterations by unauthorized personnel.
  • Natural calamities (fire, floods, earthquakes, etc.).
  • Rusting or corrosion due to chemical exposure.

⚖️ How to Claim Your Warranty

Follow these simple steps to raise a warranty claim:

  • Report the Issue: Submit your details and photos (if available) via our website, helpline, or email.
  • Inspection: Our authorized representative will inspect and confirm coverage.
  • Resolution: If approved, we will repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost.

🧹 Complimentary & Paid Maintenance Services

  • 🆓 One Free Service Visit: Within 6 months of project handover — covers minor adjustments like hinge alignment, drawer runners, or wiring concealment.
  • Schedule On Time: Must be booked within 6 months; otherwise, the offer expires.
  • 💰 Paid Services: After 6 months, visits and non-warranty repairs are chargeable at standard rates.

🏡 Post-Installation Cleaning

After project completion, we provide basic cleaning — sweeping, dusting, mopping, and cabinet wipe-down.
Deep cleaning services (with specialized tools or chemicals) are not included in our standard scope.
